Since 2008, I have been supporting leaders and teams in their development when facing challenge, change or transformation. In a safe and trustworthy environment I support my coachees to reflect upon their behaviour, gain deep insights, uncover new perspectives and initiate necessary change and transformation. One of my key focus areas is helping people to connect to their inner core - defining their purpose, becoming the best version of themselves while keeping their balance in life.

I also have extensive experience in the design and implementation of bespoke leadership development programs tailored to establishing a coaching and feedback culture and agile leadership.

My background

After graduating in European Business Studies in Germany and the UK, I developed a highly successful career in global Key Account and Sales Management as well as Corporate and Global Marketing functions in the IT/Telecomms industry. I held senior leadership positions within EMEA for Xerox, Deutsche Telekom and SITA. Throughout my career in Germany and abroad I gathered valuable leadership experience in multicultural environments.

Today I integrate all of my international corporate and my professional knowledge and experience into my coaching work – thus ensuring an effective transfer into day-to-day leadership with a sustainable impact.
